Who we are

This policy explains how Verano Play Ltd (company no. 16371, registered at Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros), trading as VeranoPlay (“we”, “us”), handles personal data when you visit veranoplay.com or contact us through it. VeranoPlay provides business-to-business casino content aggregation to licensed operators and game studios. We are the controller of the personal data described here. What we collect

  • Details you send us. When you use the contact form or write to us, we receive your name, email address and anything else you choose to include, such as your deadline and a description of your project.
  • Job applications. If you apply for a role, we receive your CV and whatever else you send with it.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so the site can be delivered and protected against abuse.

We don’t use analytics, advertising trackers or social media plugins on this site, and our fonts are served from our own domain.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and, where you ask for it, to prepare a proposal. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or is in our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
  • To assess job applications, based on steps you ask us to take before a possible employment contract.
  • To keep the site secure and working, based on our legitimate interest in running a reliable service.

We don’t sell personal data and we don’t use it for automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the site and our correspondence: our hosting and network provider (Cloudflare), our email provider, and, if enabled, the service that forwards contact-form messages to our inbox. They process data on our instructions under data processing agreements. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless they lead to a business relationship, in which case we keep what that relationship requires. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months after the role is filled, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period for security purposes.

Cookies

This site doesn’t set cookies for tracking or advertising. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from automated abuse.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable format. Write to info@veranoplay.com and we’ll respond within the time the law requires. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
